Since its inception, X-Men has mainly dealt with industrial automation in the field of plastic and rubber molding.
The main activities are therefore aimed at transforming or improving all those production processes that revolve around injection molding presses with the main objective of reducing production costs, increasing quality and production volumes.
The typical applications are therefore those that range from the simple extraction and handling of molded pieces, to orderly boxing, to the handling of boxes, crates and pallets for the servicing of robots on board the press, as well as the integration of the robots themselves, both self-built Cartesian and commercial anthropomorphic ones; to quality control after molding,
to processing, assembly, marking and shaping of the picked pieces up to the insertion operations of metal parts, films, complex pre-assembled parts, cables, and micro-components.
Over the years, X-Men's customer activity has expanded to other requests where, within the same companies, independent automatic machines and systems were needed for the assembly, mounting and quality control of components; in this sector, X-Men is able to supply everything from small workbenches to automatic machines with multi-station rotary tables, to multi-station systems with pallet transfer, up to robotized islands with anthropomorphic and scara robots.
X-men was founded in 1999 from the idea of its founder who, coming from a long experience in the field of plastic molding machines, identified in this sector a great opportunity for growth and development in the field of automation.
The entrepreneurial idea takes shape and over the years increases and consolidates its elements of success
